How to book


How to book
Browse through our list of properties and decide how many people are travelling, what type of property would suit your needs (villa, hotel, studio or apartment) and what period do you prefer.  

Make a request ("request button" is below every property) and fulfil all the necessary information in order to receive a price offer information from us.
Or you can e-mail ( or ring us to obtain a detailed cost or ask any questions and discuss your requirements.

Your request will be replied by our reservation department within 48 hours.
Once you are sure about your booking and have read and accepted our terms and conditions, you will receive your booking confirmation together with the payment conditions and cancellation policy.
Payment conditions: 
In order to finalize your reservation we require a deposit of 50% in advance (within a week after the confirmation). The full balance of your booking is due 2 weeks before arrival date.
After we receive the deposit payment we will send you the payment confirmation and your reservation will be finalized.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation fees: 60 days before the arrival 25% from the total price
Cancellation fees: 59 days - 14 days before the arrival 50% from the total price
Cancellation fees: 14 days -   0 days before the arrival 100% from the total price  
Term and conditions:
We kindly ask you to read carefully the following terms and conditions in order to avoid any misunderstandings.
Our organization reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, update, add or remove these Terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

1.Extension / Alteration of Holidays
Extending your holidays is not always possible, although every effort will be made. No refund will be given for a stay shorter, than the one you booked, and the villa, house or apartment is free to be let after the clients departure. A major alteration may be treated as cancellation.

Although Greece is of course a full European Union member, many of its customs and practices differ from the familiar in Northern Europe, particularly in terms of medical facilities. You should also assume that you are not personally insured when carried in any motor vehicle. Therefore, you take out your own travel insurance.

3.Air Travel
Please make your own flight arrangements and then inform us of the details. We are not responsible for any problems with flights such as delays or cancellations by the operator or their agents.

The accommodation is for the exclusive use of the clients and is not to be sub-let under any circumstances. All breakages and losses must be paid for prior to departure, which normally ends at noon on the last day of rental. In case of late departure, we can extend your stay in the House, villa or apartment only in case that not new clients are expected.

Our organization is not responsible for loss or damage to clients because of circumstances beyond its control, such as failures of public supplies or transportation, acts by governments, civil disturbances, acts of God etc. In the unlikely event of any observations or complaints, do please discuss these directly with us, at the time, during your stay.
